Eastern three-lines skink genome

The Eastern three-lined skink (Acritoscincus/Bassiana duperreyi), is an endemic skink species to Australia found in the South Eastern part of the continent.

The species is oviparous and is of particular research interest in development and evolution, due to both temperature and genetic sex determination as well as extraembryonic membrane development.
